Platform

The capability areas behind ClonePips

Seven capability areas cover the path from a provider signal to a follower order: capture, evaluation, routing, allocation, fees and reporting. Each area is owned by the platform, exposed through the API gateway and constrained by the layer beneath it.

  • One domain model shared by brokers, providers and investors
  • Risk evaluation applied before, during and after execution
  • Immutable performance snapshots for every account and strategy

Capabilities

Each area states what it does, which audiences it serves and which product delivers it.

Operating model

One platform, four sides

Brokers, providers and investors work with the same records. A trade created on the execution layer reads identically in a broker console, a provider dashboard and an investor statement.

A single trade record

Positions, allocations and fees are written once and read by every surface, so reconciliation is a property of the model rather than a nightly job.

Standardised disclosure

Performance snapshots carry period, currency and account scope, because a return without those three cannot be compared to anything.

Tenant-wide control

A broker configures limits, feature flags and fee plans for its venue; providers and investors operate inside the rules their broker sets.

Evaluation log

Risk decisions, configuration changes and order events are recorded as they happen, which is what an operational review needs to reconstruct a decision.

Architecture

Layered so capital and risk authority stay explicit

The platform is modelled as audiences on top, platform services and engines in the middle, and execution adapters at the base. Dependencies point downward only: an engine may rely on the data plane, never the other way round.

  • Audience applications consume platform services through the API gateway
  • Copy, risk, allocation and fee engines each own one decision
  • Execution adapters isolate every venue-specific behaviour
  • The data plane owns account state independently of any single venue

What this buys an operator

  • A venue can change execution routing without touching audience surfaces
  • Risk rules are evaluated in one place, so their behaviour is testable
  • Adding a market or broker is an adapter, not a rewrite

Layers

The stack, top to bottom

Nine layers across three tiers. Criticality marks the layers that hold capital or execution authority.

Audiences

  • Audience applications

    standard

Investor, provider and broker surfaces served by the application.

Platform services and engines

  • API gateway

    regulated

Public and tenant-scoped entry point for every integration surface.

  • Copy engine

    execution critical

Captures provider signals and produces per-follower copy instructions.

  • Risk engine

    regulated

Evaluates rules before, during and after execution across every account.

  • Allocation engine

    regulated

Owns capital allocation state: portfolios, allocations, scaling, rebalancing.

  • Fee engine

    regulated

Calculates performance, subscription and trade fees and posts ledger entries.

  • Analytics

    standard

Computes immutable performance snapshots and the metric vocabulary.

Execution layer

  • Execution adapters

    execution critical

Venue-specific connectivity translating platform types into broker payloads.

  • Data plane

    regulated

Persistence, event log and stream that every other layer reads from.

Execution adapters

  • MetaTrader 4 bridge

    In development

    order routing

  • MetaTrader 5 bridge

    In development

    order routing

  • FIX / dealing integration

    In development

    liquidity provision

  • External liquidity provider

    In development

    liquidity provision

  • ClonePips internal venue

Scope

What this page does not claim

Which capability areas are available today?

The product suite page states each module's release state explicitly. Anything still in development is described as a design in this repository, not as a shipped capability.

Does the platform promise any outcome?

No. ClonePips is execution and allocation infrastructure. Performance depends on the strategies followed and the risks accepted, and past performance does not indicate future results.

Where does the data shown in this preview come from?

Every figure in this build is fictional demo data generated locally to exercise the interface. No broker, exchange or database is connected.
