For investors

Evaluate a strategy before you allocate to it

An investor on a broker venue discovers strategies, reads standardised disclosure, compares them on risk-adjusted terms, allocates capital with a chosen copy profile, and monitors the result from one place.

  • Every figure carries its period, currency and account scope
  • Fee load stated before subscribing, not after
  • One view of every allocation, its risk and its drawdown

Marketplace

What a marketplace listing has to contain

A listing is only useful if it answers the evaluation questions without a sales conversation. These fields are the minimum, and the review queue is what enforces them.

  • Strategy identity, provider, risk level and fee load
  • Performance snapshot with period, currency and account scope
  • Drawdown and exposure alongside return figures
  • Copy profile, capacity and review state

What you are not shown

  • Projected or forward-looking performance figures
  • Returns without their period and currency
  • Rankings that hide the sample a rank was drawn from

Questions

Risk, allocation and cost

Should I allocate to a strategy with a long losing streak?

That is an evaluation you should make with the drawdown, exposure and fee load in front of you, and against your own mandate. ClonePips surfaces those figures; it does not make the decision or recommend a strategy.

How much does a copy trade cost me?

Copy sizing, subscription fee and any performance fee are all set per venue and shown before you subscribe. The copy profile is what determines how much capital each replicated trade uses.

Can I exit part of an allocation?

Portfolio management owns allocation state, including scaling out, rebalancing and closing an allocation without affecting your other positions.

Does the platform protect my capital?

No. Risk rules are evaluated and enforced as configured, but leveraged trading carries a high level of risk and no platform removes that. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

Notices

Risk warning
